The management of Federal University Birnin-Kebbi has approved and released the cut-off mark for this year’s admission. All aspiring students are expected to score 150 and above in JAMB to be considered qualified for admission.

FUBK Admission Requirements 2025/2026
These are the requirements you need to meet depending on the mode of entry you prefer.
UTME Candidates
Candidates applying for admission into FUBK through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) must meet the following requirements:-
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE.
- Candidates must score at least 150 in the UTME examination, depending on their chosen course. Some courses may require higher scores.
- Candidates must select the correct UTME subject combination for their intended course of study.
- Candidates must participate in the FUBK Post-UTME screening exercise and meet the required cut-off mark for their chosen course.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old by the time of admission.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must possess at least two (2) A-Level passes in relevant subjects in IJMB, NCE, ND, or any other recognized equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with a minimum of Lower Credit in OND or Merit in NCE from a recognized institution can apply for Direct Entry admission.
- Candidates must obtain and register for the JAMB Direct Entry form and choose FUBK as their preferred institution.
- Direct Entry candidates must participate in the FUBK screening exercise for admission consideration.
