- Students admitted into Agriculture, Modern Languages, and Religious Studies are required to pay an acceptance fee of ₦20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only).
- Students admitted into all other programmes are to pay an acceptance fee of ₦50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only).
If you have just been offered admission into RSU, you must identify the category your course falls under and pay the correct fee. This payment should be made within two weeks of accepting your admission offer to secure your spot and proceed with other registration steps.
How to Pay Your RSU Acceptance Fee 2024/2025
If you have been offered admission to Rivers State University for 2025/2026, here is how to complete your acceptance fee payment—make sure you follow each step carefully:
- Log on to your JAMB CAPS portal and accept the admission offer from RSU. If you don’t, your spot may be given away.
- Go to the official RSU portal at https://ecampus.rsu.edu.ng .
- Sign in with your student ID and the password set during admission acceptance.
- Select the “Acceptance Fee” option from the menu.
- An e-invoice (transaction ID) will be generated showing the acceptance fee amount for both UTME and Direct Entry students.
- You can pay the acceptance fee using: Interswitch-enabled Master/Verve cards online, or Bank branch payments via Pay-Direct using your generated invoice.
- After payment, download or print the payment receipt from the portal.
- You can then begin your online clearance process, including uploading O-Level certificates and other official documents.
