Modibbo Adama University Post UTME Requirements

UTME Candidates

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in including English Language and Mathematics in  SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent in not more than two sittings.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 160 in the just concluded 2025/2026 UTME.
• Candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the admission
• Candidates must ensure their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB.
• Candidates who did not choose the Modibbo Adama University as their preferred institution must apply through JAMB for a change of institution to the Modibbo Adama University before they are eligible to apply.
• Candidates awaiting their O’Level results are also eligible to apply.

Direct Entry Candidates:

• Candidates must possess a National Diploma (ND), IJMB, NCE, or equivalent certificate with the required minimum grades.
• Candidates must have chosen Modibbo Adama University as their first choice institution.

How to Apply for Modibbo Adama University Post UTME Form 2025/2026 

To apply for MAU undergraduate admission, follow the steps below:

• Visit the MAU website at www.mau.edu.ng
• Click on the “2025/2026 Apply Now” link.
• Use your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password to log in.
• Upon login, you will be redirected to the REMITA payment platform.
• Make a non-refundable fee payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) for the Screening.
• Select a payment option: ATM Card – Provide your card details to complete the transaction. Bank Payment – Generate an e-invoice and pay at any commercial bank.
• After payment, return to the MAU portal to continue the registration.
• Provide the Following Information: Personal details, Educational qualifications, including O’Level results (maximum of two sittings), For Direct Entry candidates: details of diploma/NCE qualifications.
• Upload Required Documents. Recent passport photograph with a plain red background (JPEG format, not more than 50kb).
• Scanned copies of: JAMB Result Slip for UTME or JAMB Acknowledgement Slip for DE, O’Level Result(s), A’Level Result (ND/HND/NCE/IJMB) for DE candidates, Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, and Local Government Indigene Letter.
• Review all entries and uploads for accuracy.
• Submit your application by clicking on the ‘Submit Application’ button.
• After submission, print the application form for your records.
