AW Network looking for smart, fast, and resourceful professionals to join our growing team.ย to provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman. This role requires someone with strong documentation skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman
- Create top-quality documents, slides, and presentations
- Manage calendar, communication, and logistics
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure seamless communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Maintain efficient record-keeping and task tracking systems
- Anticipate the Chairmanโs needs and proactively address them
Qualifications:
- Exceptional documentation skills (this is non-negotiable).
- Experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Portfolio of previous work required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
