Role Summary of Platform Growth Trainees at Excelmind
- We are looking for a Platform Growth Trainee with a strong focus on community management, accounts activation and training.
- They will assist in setting up schools on the educational platform, manage the communications between the schools and the organization, ensuring integrations are done seamlessly.
- As a Platform Growth Trainee, you will be at the frontlines of our impact, helping schools onboard, engage with, and succeed on the ExcelMind platform.
- You’ll support the full lifecycle of school activation, from initial setup to ongoing relationship management.
This is a growth-inclined role suited for highly proactive NYSC corps members and recent graduates who are passionate about education, tech-savvy, and eager to build a career in customer success, product delivery, or educational technology, product delivery, or educational technology.
Key Responsibilities of the Platform Growth Trainees at Excelmind
- Introduce new schools to the ExcelMind platform, convert them, set up their accounts, and ensure smooth handover from the sales team.
- Digitally configure school structures, academic calendars, classes, user roles, and settings.
- Train school staff (teachers, administrators) on how to use ExcelMind tools effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools during your service year.
- Monitor usage, resolve basic support issues, and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Ensure sustained engagement with the platform by running check-ins and feedback loops.
- Document feedback, feature requests, and issues encountered by school stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- NYSC corps Members and Recent Graduates Between 0-3years)
- Strong interest in EdTech, school development, or digital solutions.
- Good communicator with the ability to explain technical tools in simple terms.
- Readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must possess a working Laptop system, stable power supply and a strong internet.
