Job Description:
AW Network is looking for smart, fast, and resourceful professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring a Programs & Communications Officer who will play a key role in supporting our program execution, storytelling, and communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of programs and events
- Handle communications, social media management, and content creation
- Contribute to 360° storytelling across the group’s platforms
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of communications and program activities using relevant tools and analytics
- Support documentation and reporting of program impact and success stories
- Assist with grant writing, donor communications, and sponsorship proposals when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field
- Experience in communications or programme management
- Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker passionate about telling African stories
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
