  • Customer Service Representative
  • Administrative officer

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing professional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of HND/Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Administrative officerΒ 

The Administrative Officer will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the organization. The role involves managing office resources, supporting staff, and coordinating activities to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations.
  • Prepare and maintain office correspondence, reports, and records.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and official documents.
  • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of HND/Degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
