Accountant

The Accountant will manage financial records, track expenses, and provide accurate reports to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow, and manage payroll.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and planning.

Requirements:

• HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Chef

The Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high-quality standards and creativity in all dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare diverse menus to meet customer preferences.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure meals are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
• Monitor inventory and manage food supplies efficiently.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate them into menus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Strong culinary and leadership skills.
• Creativity and passion for food presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.

Cook

The Cook will assist in preparing daily meals and ensure timely delivery of quality dishes to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to set recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen.
• Assist the Chef in meal preparation and kitchen management.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Baker

The Baker will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts to delight customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked items.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
• Manage baking schedules and meet daily production targets.
• Ensure proper storage and freshness of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Creativity in designing and decorating baked goods.
• Ability to work early mornings and meet deadlines.
