Role Description of the Premium Banking Officer at Regent Microfinance Bank
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Premium Banking Officer at Regent Microfinance Bank, located in Abuja.
- The Premium Banking Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with premium clientele, providing finance solutions, overseeing investment processes, and delivering excellent customer service.
- The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients, understanding their financial needs, and communicating effectively to offer suitable banking products and services.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Finance: Knowledge of finance solutions and loan processes
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business Relationship Management: Experience in managing and enhancing client relationships
- Additional skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
