Role Overview
- We are hiring a remote Sales & Call Center Representative for our U.S. mortgage brokerage.
- As a Sales & Call Center Representative, you will spend most of your time making outbound cold calls to real estate investors, qualifying leads, and booking appointments.
- You’ll also follow up on leads from text and email campaigns, progress them through the sales cycle, and support the team in closing loans.
Responsibilities of the Sales & Call Centre Representative
- Make outbound cold calls daily to real estate investors.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and book follow-up calls.
- Manage leads from text/email campaigns and ensure fast follow-up.
- Keep accurate notes in CRM and move deals through the sales pipeline.
- Assist with tasks such as preparing loan packages and research.
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken English and professional phone presence.
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or call centres preferred.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and backup power.

Role Summary
- We are seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to take ownership of our automation systems.
- You will migrate existing Zapier automations into n8n, connect APIs (Telnyx, CallTools, CRM), and develop workflows to streamline our real estate finance operations.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently on technical projects.
Responsibilities of the Workflow Automation & Integration Developer
- Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n.
- Replace Zapier/Make.com automations with cost-effective n8n flows.
- Integrate systems including Telnyx, CallTools, Vapi bots, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
- Write custom code in JavaScript/Python when needed.
- Use GitHub for workflow backup/version control.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise workflows.
- Document processes clearly for team use.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Familiar with CRM systems and workflow automation.
- Solid coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript.
- GitHub experience for code/workflow management.
- Bonus: knowledge of VoIP/dialer tools (Telnyx, CallTools).
