Responsibilities
As part of the Learning & Development team, you will:
- Learning and Development Policies: Work with the Talent Development Lead to design and update L&D policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, performance metrics, and global best practices.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct comprehensive TNAs to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and learning opportunities across the organization.
- Curriculum Development: Support the creation of structured training curricula aimed at closing skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and driving organizational success.
- Training Program Implementation: Assist in rolling out impactful training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.
- Onboarding Curriculum: Contribute to building and delivering effective onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have the tools and knowledge for a smooth transition into their roles.
- Communication & Training Delivery: Help share updates on policies, procedures, and training initiatives through clear communications and by facilitating training sessions for stakeholders.
- LMS Management: Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is fully utilized to streamline processes, track progress, and enhance development metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with People Partners, Division Leads, and senior leadership to ensure all talent development initiatives align with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
- A professional certification in Talent Development or related field is a plus.
