Role Overview – Web Developer/CRM Specialist at Bible Davids Ministries
- We are seeking a Web Developer / CRM Specialist who will combine technical excellence with Kingdom passion to build and maintain digital platforms that empower our global vision.
- The Web Developer/CRM Specialist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining BDM’s websites, funnels, and CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel/GHL).
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, creativity, and an understanding of digital ministry strategies.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless user experiences across our digital platforms, integrating media systems, automating processes, and supporting large-scale ministry campaigns both in Nigeria and globally.
Responsibilities of the Web Developer/CRM Specialist at Bible Davids Ministries
Web Development & Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and manage responsive, high-performance websites for BDM and affiliated platforms.
- Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO-optimised pages.
- Integrate video, media, and livestream functionalities.
CRM & Automation (GHL Specialist):
- Manage and optimise GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, workflows, and automations.
- Set up funnels, affiliate systems, landing pages, and payment integrations.
- Configure course portals, membership sites, and locked progression learning systems.
Systems Integration:
- Connect websites, email campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media integrations.
- Implement tagging, segmentation, and database management for discipleship and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure affiliate marketing and payout systems run smoothly.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor digital systems for errors, bugs, or downtime and resolve promptly.
- Provide technical support to ministry staff and volunteers using the CRM or websites.
- Ensure data protection, backups, and security compliance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Web Developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or equivalent).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM (funnels, automations, affiliate setup, integrations).
- Experience with APIs, DNS, hosting, and domain management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email, SMS, affiliate tracking, analytics).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for ministry, innovation, and using technology for Kingdom impact.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work with churches, ministries, or non-profits.
- Knowledge of video integration (Vimeo, YouTube, livestream systems).
- Graphic design or UI/UX knowledge (a plus).
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
