Core Responsibilities of the Management Trainee at Vodstra Limited
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations of passengers, buses, trucks, and shipments.
- Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
- Implementing digital tools to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Driving profitability and optimizing the overall performance of the subsidiary.
Requirements
- BA, BSc, HND
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in logistics or transport operations with a proven track record of digitizing processes.
- Independent, driven, and entrepreneurial young men and women (26 years or younger) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our business.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software; must be computer savvy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be trained and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
