The Youth Development for Local Democracy (YODEM) Project is a three-month intensive program that empowers young Nigerians with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively engage in local governance, champion transparency, and influence decisions that matter most in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18–35 years old.
- Have an interest in governance, transparency, and community development.
- Commit at least 2 hours weekly during the program.
- Prior civic engagement or leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
